Key Responsibilities

  • •Process non-MRP generated purchase orders and services purchase requisitions.
  • •Meet established KPI targets for procurement execution.
  • •Follow up with suppliers for timely deliveries for designated purchase orders as needed.
  • •Maintain supplier contact information in systems and update vendor information when needed.
  • •Coordinate with Procurement Operations and AP to resolve issues related to requisitions, purchase orders, vendor communications, and invoice discrepancies.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related discipline.
  • •Fluency in the language of the region they are working with (written and spoken).
  • •1-2 years of procurement experience in a manufacturing environment is desirable.
  • •Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
  • •Knowledge of SAP and SAP Ariba is a plus.
