Job Summary

Own the growth strategy for Samsung’s Mobile Experience within key retail accounts by building sales plans, targets, and relationship engagement frameworks. Develop and maintain senior, multi-channel retailer relationships, identify and maximize new business opportunities, and translate strategic intent into execution. Lead and support your team, engage with C-level stakeholders, and collaborate across functions including Category, Marketing, Retail, Care, Commercial, Legal, and PR to drive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop a successful sales strategy and relationship engagement matrix for a large retailer.
•Create short- and long-term sales plans and targets to drive revenue growth for Samsung’s Mobile Experience products within the account.
•Translate strategic intent into practical execution to support business outcomes.
•Build and maintain senior relationships with the retailer across multiple channels, including C-level engagement.
•Lead team management and collaborate with internal functions (Category, Marketing, Retail, Care, Commercial, Legal, PR) to deliver favourable outcomes.

Key Requirements

•Understanding of the Australian retail market, preferably with vendor/supplier management experience.
•Strong commercial experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
•Experience in sales, marketing, or forecasting in previous roles.
•Experience working with mobile carriers alongside retailers is highly desired.
•Experience negotiating complex contracts, including MSA.
