Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the design of innovative, end-to-end application solutions that accelerate customers’ digital transformation journeys.
  • •Develop and shape winning propositions across AI-Augmented Application Development, Digital Application Management, and AIOps services.
  • •Own and author technical proposal responses (RFPs/ITTs), creating value-driven solution narratives for customer stakeholders.
  • •Perform cost modelling, governance, and solution design activities to deliver accurate estimations, resource plans, and risk identification.
  • •Engage with customers, sales teams, and technical specialists to understand challenges and influence customer outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven presales solution architecture experience leading end-to-end solution designs for complex customer opportunities, including solution design and cost modelling.
  • •Strong knowledge of AI-Augmented Application Development, application modernisation, digital application management, AIOps, and software delivery methodologies such as Agile, DevOps, and DevSecOps.
  • •Experience authoring high-quality technical proposal responses for RFPs/ITTs, including developing solution narratives and presenting value to stakeholders.
  • •Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills to engage senior customer stakeholders and translate requirements into technology solutions.
  • •Degree-qualified in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related technical discipline; professional certifications in data, AI, or architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, DAMA, Azure/AWS/GCP AI) are desirable.
