Job Summary

Lead the store’s Sales & Service strategy to deliver exceptional guest experiences, drive business targets, and elevate team performance. Key Responsibilities

•Oversee the Sales & Service team to deliver an exceptional guest experience on the floor through assessing guest connection and providing product education, with coaching to close gaps.
•Investigate and root cause sales opportunities and escalate process or system gaps in partnership with the General Manager.
•Ensure effective sales floor coverage and lead selling initiatives to meet business needs.
•Partner with the General Manager to build and execute the store’s Sales & Service strategy and implement it with the team.
•Represent the business in meetings and align with the General Manager’s vision and brand culture.
