Job Summary

Own budgeting, forecasting, and corporate reporting for key business drivers by leading the financial close process and analyzing variances vs. budget, forecasts, and prior-year actuals. Develop the annual plan and forecasts, ensuring accurate Hyperion budgeting uploads. Build standardized reporting packages with KPIs, drive QBR/QOR presentations, provide strategic financial analytics and insights, and execute process improvements through financial tools, modeling, and automation. Guide and mentor the team.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the financial close process by analyzing variances vs. budget, forecasts, prior year actuals, key business drivers, and initiatives, and provide management commentary.
•Develop the annual plan/budget and forecast, including opportunities, risks, and accurate data upload into Hyperion budgeting and forecasting.
•Manage and develop standardized financial reporting packages with business metrics/KPIs, and respond to ad-hoc information and analysis requests.
•Create presentations for quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and quarterly operating reviews (QORs), plus ad-hoc presentations.
•Drive financial process improvements by building/maintaining analytical and modeling tools, identifying automation opportunities, and guiding special projects while mentoring the team.

Key Requirements

•Educational qualification: Chartered Accountant or CPA or MBA Finance.
•Advanced knowledge of financial planning and management across all phases of planning/management.
•Experience with Business Intelligence tools and financial systems/applications (e.g., Hyperion and Oracle).
•Strong understanding of reporting, forecasting, and budgeting techniques.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence and communicate with management teams.
