Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the financial close process by analyzing variances vs. budget, forecasts, prior year actuals, key business drivers, and initiatives, and provide management commentary.
  • •Develop the annual plan/budget and forecast, including opportunities, risks, and accurate data upload into Hyperion budgeting and forecasting.
  • •Manage and develop standardized financial reporting packages with business metrics/KPIs, and respond to ad-hoc information and analysis requests.
  • •Create presentations for quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and quarterly operating reviews (QORs), plus ad-hoc presentations.
  • •Drive financial process improvements by building/maintaining analytical and modeling tools, identifying automation opportunities, and guiding special projects while mentoring the team.

Key Requirements

  • •Educational qualification: Chartered Accountant or CPA or MBA Finance.
  • •Advanced knowledge of financial planning and management across all phases of planning/management.
  • •Experience with Business Intelligence tools and financial systems/applications (e.g., Hyperion and Oracle).
  • •Strong understanding of reporting, forecasting, and budgeting techniques.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence and communicate with management teams.
