Key Responsibilities

•Act as the technical “North Star” for Sales, aligning technical strategy with business outcomes to close complex deals.
•Develop and deliver innovative custom solutions and demos, including Agentforce and Data Cloud, to prove tangible customer value.
•Coordinate and lead the full solution cycle in close collaboration with Product, Marketing, and Professional Services.
•Articulate Salesforce benefits to audiences at every level, from IT administrators to C-suite executives.
•Maintain expert-level knowledge of Salesforce products and industry trends to stay effective in a performance-driven environment.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Demonstrated experience in Solution Engineering (pre-sales), technical consulting, or professional services within an enterprise software organization.
•Experience acting as a strategic partner to sales or business units, helping steer deals or projects.
•Deep familiarity with SaaS and subscription-based business models, plus comfort with cloud architecture concepts.
•A consultative mindset with the ability to perform discovery, identify pain points, and map them to technology roadmaps.
•A technical foundation with hands-on experience with APIs, data modeling, or software development (or a CS/Engineering degree or equivalent).
