Job Summary

Own the long-term vision and multi-year strategy for enterprise IT Service Management capabilities, translating customer insights and telemetry into an agile, high-conviction roadmap. Lead end-to-end product lifecycle planning (problem discovery, PRDs, prioritization, rollout) while turning complex IT workflows into developer-ready requirements. Partner closely with UX and Engineering, and advocate with enterprise IT leaders to co-design intuitive, AI-first service experiences at global scale.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the long-term product vision and multi-year strategy for ITSM capabilities and continuously adapt the roadmap based on market research and user data.
•Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from problem discovery and UX journey mapping through PRDs, prioritization, and feature rollout.
•Translate complex IT operational workflows, service desk mechanics, and routing logic into clear, developer-ready technical requirements.
•Collaborate with UX Design and Engineering to co-author accessible solutions for IT administrators and end-users.
•Partner with enterprise IT leaders, sysadmins, and end-users to prioritize pain points and co-design solution workflows.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience with continuous technical growth).
•9+ years of SaaS product management experience with progressive ownership of complex enterprise software products.
•5+ years operating in B2B SaaS fast-scaling, iterative execution cycles.
•3+ years managing products built for IT or developer teams with exposure to ITSM/ITOM, service desk, or workflow automation platforms.
•Demonstrated ability to repeatedly ship high-impact capabilities in rapid release environments using rigorous, data-driven decisions.
