Lead day-to-day showroom operations and help grow in-person diamond shopping by delivering an exceptional customer journey. Manage inventory, merchandising, staffing, and security while driving performance through sales tracking, reporting, and coaching a team of jewelry sales specialists. Own sales execution—from nurturing leads and closing deals to clienteling—while partnering on marketing initiatives, product launches, in-store events, and influencer/press activations.
