Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist with small to medium proposals/LOIs/SOQs, including supporting pre-RFP planning and developing win themes/discriminators in marketing deliverables.
  • •Create proposal schedules and templates; develop compliance matrices; contribute to agreed schedules for content development, production, and delivery.
  • •Support writing and/or editing and formatting of resumes and past performance sections for proposals.
  • •Participate in color reviews and coordinate proposal review meetings; implement proposal and presentation revisions based on review-team direction.
  • •Support Go/No-Go and greenlight analysis conversations, maintain CRM data system content as needed, and follow quality/approval procedures under supervision.

Key Requirements

  • •UAE National with a family book (mandatory per Emiratisation and UAE labor requirements).
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Engineering, or a related field suitable for entry-level proposal development.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills to draft, edit, and format proposal content for a fresh graduate.
  • •Ability to understand and follow RFI/RFQ/RFP instructions and compliance requirements, including learning compliance matrices and proposal schedules.
  • •Good organizational skills to coordinate tasks, track deadlines, and manage multiple priorities under supervision.
