•Travel with a team of engineers and creatives to deliver innovation events at client sites across the US and internationally (15-20% travel)
•Create sketches, flows, wireframes, visuals, and hi-fidelity prototypes to collaboratively design with clients and the Digital Labs team; explore AI-generated content and prototyping tools to accelerate delivery
•Prepare for upcoming events by researching and prepping materials and refine deliverables post-event using AI for research synthesis and content generation
•Support longer-term engagements such as UX expert reviews, detailed diagnostics, design iterations, and pilot build-outs
•Contribute to AI adoption by identifying new tools and establishing workflows that integrate AI into design processes
