Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead business ownership and change leadership for the core banking upgrade workstream and define business outcomes and success measures.
  • •Elicit and document business requirements and translate them into delivery-ready artefacts such as epics/features/user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • •Manage governance routines and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to resolve scope, priority, and customer/operational trade-offs.
  • •Partner on data, migration, and cutover readiness, including business data mapping expectations, validation approach, and readiness checklists and communications.
  • •Own testing and quality activities, including UAT strategy, defect triage, end-to-end testing across dependent systems, and regulatory/risk/control alignment.

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years in business consulting or IT development on core banking.
  • •Proven delivery on core banking implementation/upgrade or major ledger/platform upgrades.
  • •Strong knowledge of retail banking products and servicing operations, including accounts, fees/interest, postings, statements, limits, dormancy, and complaints.
  • •Experience leading UAT and business readiness for large-scale transformation with high operational risk.
  • •Degree or equivalent experience, plus requirements engineering, process design, facilitation, and stakeholder management.
