Job Summary

Lead consumer household and checking portfolio growth for the Consumer Bank Checking Acquisition & Marketing Analytics team. Own campaign strategy and audience design, forecasting checking/household growth and marketing spend for a multi-million-dollar budget, and delivering performance analytics that link spend to outcomes. Build business cases for new products and channels, mentor analysts, and drive projects end to end by communicating insights across leadership and business partners.

•Drive campaign strategy and audience design while building out campaign files, dashboards, and account and program valuations.
•Forecast checking and household growth and develop marketing spend forecasting for a multi-million-dollar annual budget.
•Produce performance analytics connecting marketing spend to measurable business outcomes and communicate leverage to stakeholders.
•Lead project delivery end to end, prioritize multiple initiatives, review deliverables, and coach analysts on approach and work product.
•Construct business cases for checking and performance marketing teams for new products, services, capabilities, and marketing channels.

Salary: USD 96,000 - 181,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in computer science, economics, finance, financial mathematics, statistics, or the natural sciences.
•5+ years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree (or 3+ years with a master's degree).
•Experience using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data presentation and storytelling.
•Ability to write queries or code with complex joins and use analytical programming languages for data analysis.
•Ability to communicate insights clearly to senior leaders and coach others on approach and work product.
