Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage an initial team of 8+ using performance management, 1:1s, real-time coaching, and career plans to drive clear outcomes.
  • •Lead weekly meetings and provide updates on monthly/quarterly targets and key metrics, strengthening a feedback-driven, data-driven sales culture.
  • •Collaborate with Marketing, Success, and Product to ensure campaigns, product launches, and customer initiatives roll out effectively.
  • •Build and continuously improve a sales process for small, mobile services business owners, using feedback loops focused on the customer and empathy.
  • •Recruit, onboard, and deliver sales training; analyze sales metrics and forecasting and communicate results to drive initiative success.

  • •Sales management or team-lead experience.
  • •Extensive experience working as a sales consultant/executive/account manager in a high-volume, short-cycle B2B environment.

  • •Ability to coach and develop others, identifying strengths and addressing performance with empathy.
