  • •Lead a team of operators to achieve a strong safety culture using daily shift starts, safety interactions, human performance, and critical risk management tools.
  • •Maintain control over daily operating tasks and execute the weekly operational plan.
  • •Improve equipment productivity, reliability, and availability to achieve production targets.
  • •Coach, mentor, and develop team members to deliver operational excellence.
  • •Work towards establishing a culture of operational excellence and deliver continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Previous leadership experience in a highly regulated operational environment.
  • •Sizing and Beneficiation plant experience with exposure across ship loading operations.

  • •Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • •Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and experience using SAP.
