Key Responsibilities

•Define and execute the enterprise roadmap for automation, internal tools, business alerting, and citizen-development enablement, applying AI where it adds value.
•Design and build workflow automations, integrations, dashboards, and internal tools interacting with Salesforce, ADO/Jira, data platforms, and other systems.
•Establish standards for development, QA, release, monitoring, and governance, including responsible AI use, and embed them across the organization.
•Partner across Business Systems, Technology, InfoSec, and Legal to ensure solutions meet security, privacy, and data integrity expectations.
•Create enablement playbooks and mentorship routines, and convert prototypes into durable supported capabilities when value is proven.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 170,000 - 180,000 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience in automation engineering, software engineering, business systems, internal tools, data engineering, or related technology leadership roles.
•Led complex workstreams delivering workflow automation, internal tools, integrations, and low-code/no-code solutions.
•Strong technical foundation in APIs, data flows, ETL, integration patterns, scripting, and cloud/SaaS ecosystems.
•Hands-on experience applying AI to automation, including AI-assisted workflow design, evaluation, and responsible adoption.
•Familiarity with Salesforce, ADO/Jira, BI and reporting tools, knowledge systems, and enterprise application ecosystems.
