Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience in program management or product operations, preferably in large-scale/global operations, with 2+ years in a fintech or financial institution.
  • •3+ years scaling operations with ongoing coaching and feedback to team members.
  • •Subject-matter expertise in financial regulations (e.g., UCC, Reg E, Reg Z, Card Act, GLBA, UDAAP, GDPR) and deep understanding of dispute management rules and response data.
  • •Certification in Six Sigma, Project Management, or Design Thinking.
  • •Proficiency in process mapping and workflow analysis, with experience building workflows in a regulatory environment.
