Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the manufacturing of springs and lapping of parts for aerospace products across Space, Life Support and Actuation programs.
  • •Perform routine maintenance and collaborate with team members to support production needs.
  • •Set up, operate, and maintain equipment used in manufacturing processes.
  • •Troubleshoot moderate issues without supervision and communicate troubleshooting instructions/process aid opportunities.
  • •Maintain a clean, safe work environment and perform work following written instructions while using measuring tools and interpreting drawings.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
  • •4 years of relevant manufacturing/mechanical experience or 6 years combined manufacturing & Military experience.
  • •Proficiency with hand tools, measuring tools, and manufacturing equipment.
  • •Ability to use/evaluate mechanical systems and independently perform low- to moderate-complexity manufacturing operations following written instructions.
