Job Summary

Lead a team providing technical services to ensure clients’ IT infrastructure and systems stay operational. You will manage complex incidents, requests, events, and problems to resolution within service levels, investigate root causes, and drive proactive service improvements. The role also supports client satisfaction through service policies and continuous feedback, helps with bid/proposal transitions, and ensures sites are configured and operational while maintaining shift handovers and resource allocation.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide operational leadership to a team supporting service offer management for complex incidents, requests, events, and problems.
•Investigate and resolve escalated client problems, taking full ownership for incidents and driving them to resolution within service levels.
•Assist in planning, building, and supporting technology solutions and ensure assigned client infrastructure is configured, installed, tested, and operational.
•Maintain service continuity via shift handovers, manage resource allocation to achieve service level agreements, and update systems/portals per procedure.
•Analyze statistics and other data to determine client service quality, assist with bids/proposals transitions from sales to delivery, and support site plan and training needs.

Key Requirements

•Seasoned knowledge of technical services, IT service management (ITSM), and related technologies.
•Seasoned understanding of IT domains including infrastructure, cloud services, cybersecurity, application management, networks, and data centers.
•Good client-facing and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
•Developing management qualities to learn skills to inspire and mentor a team and facilitate technical presentations to diverse audiences.
•Knowledge of ITIL practices is desirable.
