Provide in-person and phone client service while developing and expanding new and existing relationships. Use consultative conversations to identify client needs and offer deposit, credit, and convenience products, referring more complex needs to specialists. Support team sales efforts to meet individual and branch targets, advise on consumer lending options, complete loan applications, and ensure compliance with internal controls and risk management policies.
