Wellfield Manager

Oversee day-to-day operations of the ISCR (In-Situ Copper Recovery) wellfield to meet production targets. Lead development of short- and long-term wellfield production strategies, track KPIs and production performance, and ensure teams have the resources to execute. Drive safety awareness and regulatory compliance while providing leadership across engineering, hydrogeology/geology, maintenance, and operational personnel. Manage wellfield expenditures and coordinate technical and construction contractors to optimize costs and achieve goals.
