Job Summary

Lead program delivery and contract performance for cyber security services, serving as the primary contact for technical performance, cost, and schedule with the COTR/Sponsor. Direct and manage tasks, oversee staffing and quality of deliverables, coordinate onboarding and quarterly PMRs, and track labor and costs. Ensure timely fulfillment of sponsor schedules, manage subcontractors, and support technical tasking as needed on-site in McLean, VA.

Key Responsibilities

•Direct, manage, and administer program tasks and communicate with the COTR.
•Act as the Sponsor’s primary contact for technical performance, cost, and schedule; provide timely progress and issue updates.
•Perform project management duties including staffing, quality, content, and prompt delivery of task and contractual deliverables; support technical tasking as required.
•Serve as the primary focal point for contract performance across technical performance, cost, schedule, security, staffing, and skill mix alignment.
•Implement and manage onboarding, ensure expertise and competency are maintained, coordinate quarterly PMRs, track costs/labor, and manage subcontractors.

Travel: Low travel

Salary: USD 174,250 - 235,750 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline (Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or closely related).
•8+ years of related experience.
•TS/SCI security clearance with active polygraph.
•US citizenship required.
•Experience managing program/project execution, including customer service and project reviews.
