•Serve as the primary subject matter expert for HR systems and transactions, ensuring smooth, accurate, and timely processing that keeps the business operating efficiently.
•Own end-to-end employee lifecycle transactions, including job postings, onboarding communications, status changes, and offboarding processes.
•Initiate and manage a variety of HR requests, including compensation analyses, employment agreements, organizational changes, and other employee-related actions.
•Process employee payment requests and collaborate with Payroll to ensure accuracy, compliance, and on-time delivery.
•Support the implementation of HR programs and initiatives, including large-scale communications, event logistics, and tracking/reporting on participation and outcomes.

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 55,000 - 65,000 annually
