Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the execution framework for Forge Portal initiatives, translating ambiguous work into scope, plans, milestones, owners, dependencies, risks, and outcomes.
  • •Coordinate product, engineering, business analysts, subject matter experts, and functional partners across quality, supply chain, buyers, finance, and procurement, including suppliers.
  • •Maintain a reliable, current portfolio view in a single system of record and prioritize work against business need while keeping commitments visible.
  • •Identify risks and cross-system dependencies early, drive issues to resolution, and escalate decisions with clear context and recommended paths forward.
  • •Partner with engineering on integrations across MES, QMS, ERP, PLM, and WMS, and translate technical activity into concise business-facing reporting for leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years in technical program management, technical project management, systems delivery, or a closely related role.
  • •Experience leading complex, cross-functional technical projects with clear ownership of scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, stakeholder alignment, and outcomes.
  • •Technical fluency across enterprise systems such as ERP, WMS, MES, PLM, or QMS, including credibility discussing integrations, APIs, architecture, and data flows.
  • •Ability to create structure and accountability in fast-moving, ambiguous environments while using lightweight practices.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong reporting instincts for business, technical, and executive audiences.
