Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify potential risks in consumer protection, data privacy, and IP across the USA, EU, and UK.
  • •Develop practical legal solutions that protect SKELAR’s interests and support business objectives.
  • •Partner with marketing, product, engineering, and finance to implement compliance programs and support decision-making.
  • •Build and enhance legal processes to proactively manage compliance and risk.
  • •Support regulatory investigations and dispute resolution, and translate legal/regulatory developments into actionable guidance and training.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of experience in local or international top-tier law firms, Big 4, or product/tech companies.
  • •A degree in law from a Ukrainian or foreign university.
  • •Fluent English.
  • •Ability to work across a wide variety of legal matters with a practical, business-oriented risk/commercial balance.
  • •Excellent stakeholder management and communication of complex legal issues in a clear, concise, pragmatic manner.
