Key Responsibilities

•Lead and manage project commissions end-to-end, often for large or complex projects in the Real Estate sector.
•Act as the key day-to-day client interface to ensure client objectives are met and projects are delivered to time and cost targets and quality standards.
•Establish overall success criteria for the project, including time, cost, technical and performance parameters, and develop detailed project plans.
•Plan for and manage quality, safety, health and environment issues, and establish effective governance, processes and systems for the project.
•Monitor and manage project finances, procurement of resources, and the flow of project information through regular meetings and reports.

Key Requirements

•Degree qualified in relevant discipline.
•Proven experience managing Real Estate projects, ideally in a consultancy environment.
