  • •Ensure engagement with customers and provide a friendly, easy-to-shop environment through genuine connection and product education.
  • •Continue building daily client relationships and resolve client needs quickly and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • •Partner with store leadership to analyze reports, strategize, deliver results, and support action plans for deficient areas.
  • •Maintain effective sales floor coverage, educate guests and staff on product, community, and culture, and support store operations including shipment processing and replenishment.
