Lead day-to-day store operations and support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to drive exceptional customer engagement, sales performance, and operational excellence. Coach and develop associates, maintain visual merchandising and inventory standards, and support stockroom and loss prevention practices. Help maximize store profitability while fostering an inclusive, high-energy team culture, participate in local community initiatives, and uphold safety and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver personalized customer engagement through genuine interactions and model selling behaviors.
•Support store team performance by monitoring progress against key performance indicators and achieving sales goals.

•Supervise daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, floor coverage, and task delegation.
•Maintain visual merchandising, inventory integrity, and stockroom operations, including shipments, product flow, and loss prevention practices.

Salary: USD 17.5 - 24 hourly

Key Requirements

•1+ years of retail or store leadership experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
•High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
•Ability to drive results through store teams and exceed sales and profit goals.
•Strong verbal and written communication skills to influence across all levels.
•Comfort using word processing, spreadsheets, and retail software tools, with the ability to stand and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
