  • •Direct Mission Readiness – Integrated Logistics Support activities across programs, including execution, processes, best practices, technical oversight, and budget monitoring.
  • •Drive the “zero to one” build of Integrated Logistics Support on an aggressive timeline.
  • •Implement and maintain logistics systems, standards, and data to enable accurate, efficient logistics operations and management.
  • •Lead and develop a high-performing team, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally (engineering, quality, program management) and coordinate proposals, business plans, budgets, and contract work statements/terms.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
  • •15+ years of experience in DoD/government logistics or progressively complex program administration, including leadership roles in operations, manufacturing engineering, or supply chain.
  • •Demonstrated technical expertise in logistics management principles and leadership skills for organizing, planning, scheduling, and coordinating workloads to meet milestones.
  • •Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
  • •Ability to be local or relocate to Costa Mesa, CA, and travel as needed for the business.
