Job Summary

Deliver best-in-class client experiences while serving as a floater across multiple branch locations. Represent the bank in person, by phone, and by email, greet clients, provide product and policy information, and open new business and consumer accounts through cross-selling. Handle teller transactions, process requests, balance cash, identify referrals, and comply with BSA/AML and other bank regulations while partnering with other lines of business.

Key Responsibilities

•Represent the bank to clients, prospects, and guests in person, by telephone, or by email in a courteous, professional manner.
•Greet clients and provide exceptional service while delivering accurate information about bank services, products, policies, and procedures.
•Open new business and consumer accounts and cross-sell products and services to new and prospective clients.
•Process transactions and handle teller duties, including cash transactions, balancing cash each day, and identifying referral opportunities.
•Comply with applicable laws and regulations (including BSA/AML), identify and escalate risk concerns, and complete required forms following bank policies and procedures.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED (or equivalent).
•1+ years of experience in client service and/or a cross-trained teller role.
•Ability to provide excellent customer service with strong oral and written communication skills.
•Proficiency with computers and ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to details.
•Able to adapt to changing digital channels; previous cash handling experience is preferred.
