•Translate Training Academy documents into Vietnamese and update them in the PPV system.
•Create and update training materials, SOPs, and visual aids for new machines and processes.
•Work closely with Production Academy to review and improve training content and materials.
•Collaborate with SHE and HR to oversee end-to-end Production Academy programs.
•Develop online training system and ensure effectiveness of pre/post tests and satisfaction evaluation; manage onboarding JOP and drive reporting via monthly dashboards.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
•Minimum 3 years of working experience as master trainer/technical learning supervisor in the manufacturing industry.
•Hands-on experience as trainer or facilitator in technical training and development in manufacturing.
•Experience in skill matrix management, technical training and development.
•Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SAP, and Power BI; good command of written and spoken English.
