Job Summary

Lead customer-facing engineering programs that deliver enterprise-grade AI and software solutions. Own program/project planning, dependency and risk management, and on-time execution across cross-functional teams including Applied ML, Forward Deployed Engineering, Platform, Product, and Go-to-Market. •Knowledge or experience with LLM training or optimization.
•Strong problem-solving to identify and resolve issues, coordinate dependencies, and prioritize impacts to schedule and product quality.
•Excellent communication, self-organization, and ability to capture detailed notes/action items during highly technical meetings.
