Job Summary

Work on TikTok’s Video-on-Demand (VoD) Algorithm team to design and implement media streaming-related algorithms that improve user experience performance. Contribute to end-to-end multimedia ecosystem optimization across video shooting, uploading, processing, delivery, and playback. Build and validate improvements by running controlled experiments on millions of streaming sessions, and collaborate with teams across and beyond VoD.
