Key Responsibilities

  • •Interpret customer requirements and specifications to drive engineering design, including defining work scopes and execution plans.
  • •Develop conceptual design requirements and layouts using company DPP protocols and support design process management.
  • •Approve BOMs, drawings, component selections, stack-ups, and assembly procedures, and participate in material creation for design reviews.
  • •Perform design verification (e.g., tolerance studies, reliability assessment, design for manufacture, basic failure analysis, and design reviews/calculations).
  • •Identify improvements to existing products, procedures, and processes to develop cost-effective solutions that meet specifications.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automation Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or an equivalent discipline.
  • •Significant engineering design experience in Subsea Wellhead Systems, Subsea Production Systems, or related oil and gas equipment.
  • •Substantial post-graduate industrial experience, including experience in relevant engineering and technical leadership roles.
