Key Responsibilities

  • •Assess and define market opportunities, including TAM, audience segmentation, and strategic growth priorities for BTM across industries and geographies.
  • •Own global value proposition, positioning, messaging, and portfolio narrative, connecting BTM capabilities across SAP Signavio, SAP LeanIX, WalkMe, and agent-led toolchains.
  • •Lead positioning and portfolio launches, strategic announcements, and market milestones in partnership with Product, Engineering, Global Marketing, and Corporate Communications.
  • •Drive go-to-market and demand creation through integrated campaigns, quarterly GTM motions, pipeline initiatives, and expansion opportunities with Sales and Customer Success.
  • •Build and lead a global product marketing organization, including performance measurement across the customer lifecycle and influence on roadmap and investment decisions.

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years of progressive B2B enterprise marketing leadership experience, including significant product marketing leadership.
  • •Deep expertise in enterprise transformation and business applications, process intelligence, enterprise architecture, cloud transformation, or adjacent technology categories.
  • •Proven ability to define market category/positioning and influence portfolio direction with executive presence.
  • •Experience translating complex technology and transformation concepts into business outcomes for C-suite and transformation leaders.
  • •Ability to lead and develop a global, high-performing product marketing organization and operate effectively in a matrixed environment.
