Job Summary

Lead end-to-end global project accounting and financial performance for a large, regional organization supporting high-value infrastructure projects. Own financial KPIs and service level outcomes, build executive stakeholder governance, and drive performance management through dashboards, root-cause analysis, and remediation. Provide senior oversight of revenue recognition, cost control, reserves, and IFRS/U.S. GAAP/SOX compliance while leading transformation, operational excellence, and leadership development.

Key Responsibilities

•Own and govern financial, operational, and service-delivery KPIs, ensuring alignment to global standards and SLAs and driving performance through dashboards and reporting.
•Provide senior oversight of project financial execution, including revenue recognition, cost control, reserves and contingencies, and review complex commercial and contractual arrangements.
•Lead root-cause analysis for KPI variances and ensure timely remediation and continuous improvement plans.
•Oversee governance, internal controls, and compliance activities, including SOX, audits, business risk reviews, and business continuity planning.
•Lead operational excellence and transformation initiatives, standardizing processes and building a management layer through recruitment, succession planning, retention, and leadership development.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field; CPA (or equivalent) strongly preferred.
•10+ years of progressive experience in multinational, complex organizations with significant senior leadership responsibility.
•Deep expertise in project accounting and financial performance management, including revenue recognition (IFRS 15/IAS 11/ASC 606) and SOX controls.
•Strong understanding of project lifecycles, contract types, and commercial risk management.
•Experience with large ERP platforms such as Oracle, SAP, or Blackline; advanced analytical and executive reporting skills.
