Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and resolve end-to-end employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions with a superior offboarding experience.
  • •Provide guidance on HR matters including termination, resignation, transfer procedures, employment contracts, and redundancy processes while ensuring legal compliance.
  • •Lead and facilitate client and employee meetings, including workforce reduction consultations, administrative hearings, and negotiations in separations and settlements.
  • •Draft, tailor, and administer termination and supplementary documents while maintaining accurate employee records with strict privacy and confidentiality.
  • •Process offboarding in Remote’s internal HRIS platform and coordinate with stakeholders (e.g., Customer Success, Legal, Payroll, Benefits) to ensure prompt and correct administration.

Key Requirements
