  • •Own cost and profitability outcomes by managing plant budgets, capital expenditures, and operating expenses, and driving Lean/EBS continuous improvement.
  • •Build an engaged, diverse workforce by developing leadership capability, succession plans, coaching and performance development, and deploying site H5 objectives/KPIs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree required in Engineering, Operations Management, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Business, or a related discipline.
  • •5+ years of successful leadership experience as a Plant Manager or equivalent senior manufacturing leadership role.
  • •Demonstrated experience leading complex manufacturing operations and delivering SQDICP results.
  • •Experience implementing Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and Eaton Business System principles is preferred.
  • •Working knowledge of manufacturing systems/operational excellence methodologies and proficiency in Microsoft Office; practical SAP/ERP experience preferred.
