Job Summary

Provide L2/L3 incident and problem management for COTS healthcare applications, ensuring timely SLA-aligned restoration and conducting root-cause analysis for recurring issues. Monitor and maintain application health, interfaces, and batch jobs; validate patches and upgrades with vendors and internal teams. Support controlled change/release activities with impact analysis and rollback planning, while coordinating with business, IT, and vendors for regulated radiology workflows. Maintain runbooks, knowledge articles, and audit documentation in line with HIPAA and privacy requirements.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide L2/L3 incident and problem management for COTS healthcare applications, ensuring timely service restoration and SLA adherence.
•Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues impacting healthcare applications.
•Monitor application health, interfaces, and batch jobs; execute maintenance, patch validation, and upgrades with vendors and internal teams.
•Support change and release activities by assessing, implementing, and validating application configurations, patches, and upgrades with rollback planning.
•Coordinate with business users, IT teams, and third-party vendors for issue resolution, enhancements, and escalations; maintain compliance documentation and runbooks.

Key Requirements

•Experience working in the Healthcare Provider domain with strong knowledge of hospital workflows and operational support.
•Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve L2/L3 incidents for COTS healthcare applications while meeting SLAs and performing root cause analysis for recurring issues.
•Proactively monitor application health, interfaces, and batch jobs; perform maintenance, patch validation, and upgrades in coordination with vendors and internal teams.
•Assess, implement, and validate configuration changes, patches, and upgrades through controlled release processes, including impact analysis and rollback planning.
•Maintain knowledge articles, runbooks, and audit documentation while ensuring adherence to healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA), security standards, and data privacy requirements.
