•Identify and validate new growth opportunities through market/user/competitor/internal data analysis.
•Launch and scale web-to-web growth funnels and unique growth mechanics.
•Plan, run, and analyze complex A/B tests, evaluating impact on business metrics.
•Build and manage a roadmap of growth experiments, prioritizing by potential business impact.
•Analyze the full user journey from first ad touch to purchase and repeat payments; monitor key metrics to improve conversion, monetization, and payback.

•2+ years of experience as Product Marketing Manager, Growth Manager, or related roles; proven track record of running experiments from ideas to measurable business results.

•Good understanding of CRO and user behavior, and how to build effective web-to-web funnels.
•English level at least B1+.
