Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage quality standards for the department.
  • •Participate in contract formation, integrate technical requirements, warranty policies and penalty systems for quality non-conformities.
  • •Conduct remote and on-site inspections.
  • •Evaluate supplier performance (Scorecards), manage SCAR (Supplier Corrective Action Reports) and drive partners to improve manufacturing processes.
  • •Coordinate and conduct supplier technical audits, participate in approval (AVL) or removal from the partner pool.
