Key Responsibilities

•Lead design, development, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and other modules.
•Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and architect scalable ServiceNow solutions.
•Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior consultants and developers.
•Customize and configure ServiceNow applications while maintaining platform integrity and security/compliance standards.
•Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Servers; support pre-sales demos and proposals.

Key Requirements

•5+ years hands-on ServiceNow platform development and administration experience.
•Proven track record delivering ServiceNow implementations in enterprise environments.
•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
•Intermediate certification requirements: CSA plus at least 2 CIS-(any) and CAD.
•Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and data model.
