Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead implementation and continuous improvement of the Health, Safety & Environment Management System across DHE.
  • •Oversee inspections, audits, and monitoring to ensure alignment with statutory and internal requirements.
  • •Coordinate with regulators, including Dubai Municipality, and drive group initiatives such as near-miss reporting and safety performance monitoring.
  • •Support business unit operations with hands-on HSE expertise, including establishing HSE committees and embedding site accountability.
  • •Lead risk identification and mitigation, emergency preparedness and response frameworks, and incident/near-miss investigations with sustained corrective actions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree and NEBOSH National or International Diploma.
  • •5+ years of experience across Health, Safety and Environment roles.
  • •Deep knowledge of HSE management systems and relevant regulatory frameworks.
  • •Experience conducting audits, inspections, and investigations in complex operational environments.
  • •Ability to influence, collaborate, and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
