Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the monthly consolidated close process, quarterly forecast, and annual planning to align investments and resources with strategic priorities.
  • •Partner with business units and functional teams to establish near- and long-term investment plans.
  • •Ensure accurate weekly and monthly reporting on key financial metrics and KPIs through cross-functional collaboration.
  • •Prepare materials and narratives for internal executive meetings, Board of Directors meetings, and earnings calls.
  • •Drive FP&A system and process improvement initiatives to support growth and automate/scale reporting and analysis, including ad-hoc financial analysis for senior management.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • •At least two (2) years of work experience, preferably in Strategy Consulting or Investment banking.
  • •Strong forecasting, modeling, and planning skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights for the P&L.
  • •Expert ability to parse large data sets, identify trends/risks/opportunities, and support reporting across a global technology stack.
  • •Exceptional communication with executive presence to influence senior leaders and stakeholders, plus ability to distill complex analysis into clear recommendations.
