  • •Coach, develop, and manage claims employees, including hiring and supporting career progression; consistently coach on claims handling and engagement.
  • •Proactively identify opportunities to improve operational effectiveness, member experience, and processes, and lead organizational process changes.
  • •Monitor adherence to processes, guidelines, and frameworks; manage workload volumes, staffing, and training needs to achieve productivity.
  • •Handle escalations and make decisions based on policy while ensuring risks are identified, measured, monitored, and controlled in line with risk and compliance procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of related experience (in addition to required minimum years).
  • •6 years of progressive customer service, operational, military, or leadership experience including a minimum of 2 years of claims handling experience.
  • •2 years of direct team lead, supervisory, or management experience.
  • •Experience using and interpreting data to make decisions; demonstrated leadership, initiative, and claims handling skills.
  • •Acquire and maintain an applicable insurance adjuster license within 6 months of starting the role.
