Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the full acquisition journey from first visit to application, including signup flow and eligibility checks.
  • •Set the roadmap for acquisition and signup journey, and decide what the squad builds next.
  • •Ship lead scoring systems, eligibility checkers, and signup flows with the data scientist and engineers.
  • •Investigate and resolve tracking, attribution, and data quality issues to keep downstream numbers trustworthy.
  • •Design, run, and interpret A/B tests across messaging, targeting, eligibility checks, and signup flows.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience as a product manager or growth product manager with clear ownership of product-led growth outcomes.
  • •Strong analytical capability and experience with experimentation frameworks and A/B testing tools.
  • •Hands-on experience with tracking and attribution setups (e.g., Amplitude, GA4, GTM, server-side tagging, conversion feedback into ad platforms).
