Monitor and maintain inventory quality, deliver products to customer sites, and complete daily maintenance and housekeeping to ensure safe, efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform general labor and operations duties to support facility needs under general supervision.
•Prepare trucks and railcars for loading/unloading, including sampling and equipment hookups.
•Load and unload agricultural inputs using machinery/equipment, and control/monitor load-out functions.
•Operate automated scale/dump systems and maintain accurate daily/weekly/monthly maintenance records.
•Maintain inventory quality, perform housekeeping and grounds maintenance (including snow removal), and deliver products to customer sites.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of experience in operations and/or business operations.
•Must meet the minimum age requirement.
•Ability to operate machinery such as loaders, conveyors, tractors, and track mobile.
•Ability to work extended hours during peak seasons to meet business demands.
•High school diploma or GED preferred, and agriculture experience preferred.
