Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop thorough knowledge of line of business (LOB) procedures, policies, and IDV/KYC requirements across different client types.
  • •Track and adopt changes to policies and procedures while understanding the regulatory environment and its impact on daily activities.
  • •Build product knowledge across projects and Lines of Business to support successful migration and process performance.
  • •Complete Customer Due Diligence (CDD) reviews on time and ensure periodic review timelines follow final risk ratings.
  • •Provide customer service and assistance on CDD projects, including outgoing/incoming calls, and stay aware of AML and compliance impacts.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, business or related discipline.
  • •2–3 years working experience with demonstrated interest in the finance industry, and application support and problem resolution.
  • •Ability to manage deliverables, strong analytical mindset, and excellent problem solving to find logical solutions under pressure.
  • •Evidence of excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills; fluent English required.
  • •Ability to speak and understand Cantonese/Mandarin and English fluently; willingness to accept work location in Foshan and Guangzhou.
