Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop BIM implementation strategy and deliver complex international BIM and information management projects for data centers (and potentially other business line projects).
  • •Establish and administer the CDE to support efficient delivery across multi-stakeholder teams.
  • •Coordinate BIM execution and project delivery with project leadership and global/local teams.
  • •Create and maintain industry framework documentation such as BEP, MIDP, MPDT, and associated appendices.
  • •Oversee digital technology and content management (smart objects, templates, libraries) and run digital quality assurance via model checks, KPI monitoring, and compliance reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • •6+ years of industry experience in BIM and Digital Delivery, with prior formal multidiscipline BIM Manager/Coordinator experience on Buildings projects.
  • •Comprehensive knowledge of the ISO 19650 framework and related BIM standards.
  • •Experience delivering and managing project information on multidisciplinary Buildings projects with geographically dispersed teams.
  • •Experience delivering BIM data from Buildings design using Revit and/or Civil 3D and administering a Common Data Environment such as ACC.
