Job Summary

Support Eight Sleep’s Design and Growth teams by producing and adapting multi-channel creative for campaigns, web, social, events, packaging, and video. Resize, export, and organize assets across formats, create subtitles and localized versions, and assist with light animation and video editing. During sports and product launches, help turn around social assets in real time while maintaining brand consistency and craft.

•Resize, adapt, and export creative assets across social platforms using AI tools to speed production.

•Design multi-channel campaign assets (web pages, social content, event activations, packaging, swag, video).
•Maintain brand consistency by managing design files and organized asset libraries across web, email, social, and print.

•Current student or recent graduate in Graphic Design, Computer Arts, or a related field.
•Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
•Comfortable using AI-powered creative tools to speed up production.
•Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to catch issues before assets ship.
•Bachelor’s degree required; Computer Arts or Graphics major preferred.
