•Develop and maintain photo quality frameworks, style guides, and acceptance criteria across in-house, freelance, and partner-submitted content.
•Set quality and consistency standards for a national freelance photographer network, including coaching and personally participating in shoots.
•Manage and develop a team of Photo Curation Specialists to review, process, and maintain photo content while ensuring SLA adherence.
•Partner with Product and Engineering to evolve operations as self-service tools and integrations automate manual work, ensuring quality doesn’t slip.
•Track photo coverage metrics, diagnose process gaps, redesign what isn’t working, and ensure photos flow correctly across systems.

•Diagnose when processes aren’t scaling and propose operational changes while guiding a team through transition.
